As a Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in the planning, coordination, and supervision of on-site construction activities. You’ll work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals
- Ensure quality control and resolve technical issues on-site
- Maintain site documentation including reports, drawings, and progress records
- Monitor materials, resources, and workforce deployment
- Assist in preparing project schedules and cost estimates
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in a similar role within the construction or infrastructure sector
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
- Proficiency in site-related software tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
